MIP is an insurance broker company founded in Jakarta with former name PT. Gemah Ripah Intermedia Proteksi (GRIP) under Notaries Deed of Mr. Djedjem Widjaja, SH, MH on 3 September 2003 and legalized under the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Right of the Republic of Indonesia No.  C-23559 HT.01.01.TH.2003 and operational license under the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. KEP-047/KM.6/2004.

 

On 2 August 2007 company's name changed to  PT. Multiniaga Intermedia Proteksi (MIP) under Notaries Deed of Mr. Muchlis Patahna No. 4 and legalized under the Decree of The Minister of Justice and Human Right Indonesia No. AHU-02775.AH.01.02.TH2008.
